What it is
Most sales conversations in South-East Asia happen on WhatsApp. DJC System puts a proper system around that: every enquiry becomes a lead, every WhatsApp conversation lands in a shared inbox your whole team can see, and an AI flow can handle the first replies, qualify the customer and hand over to a human at the right moment.
- Nothing gets lost. Facebook ads, web forms, website chats and spreadsheet imports all create leads in the same list, tagged with where they came from.
- Your number, your team. One WhatsApp number can be worked by many agents. Chats are assigned, labelled and annotated without anyone sharing a phone.
- The AI works from your business context. You describe what you sell, where and to whom. The flow uses that to answer on-topic questions and to ignore noise.
- You stay in control. Pause the AI for any customer, set working hours, and cap how fast automated messages go out.
The main areas
Leads & CRM
A list of everyone who has ever contacted you or been imported, with status, owner, labels, folders, remarks and a full conversation history behind each name.
Messaging
A shared inbox for WhatsApp and the other channels you connect, plus broadcasts to many contacts at once.
AI & automation
AI flows that answer customers on WhatsApp in your voice, score how warm each lead is, follow up on a schedule and book appointments. A workflow builder for everything else.
Bookings, forms & website
Public booking pages, lead forms you can share or put behind an ad, and a chat widget for your website.
Team, billing & reports
Invite teammates, decide who sees which leads and chats, manage your subscription, and read the analytics.
How the pieces fit
- A customer reaches you. They message your WhatsApp number, fill in a form, comment on an ad, or start a website chat.
- A lead and a chat are created. The lead holds who they are and where they came from. The chat holds the conversation. The two are linked, so opening either shows the other.
- The AI flow answers first if one is active for that number. It replies within the working hours you set, updates the lead's quality score from what the customer says, and can schedule follow-ups or book an appointment.
- Your team takes over when the lead is warm, when the customer asks for a person, or whenever an agent opens the chat and pauses the AI.
- You measure and repeat. Analytics show message volumes, lead sources and conversation outcomes. Broadcasts and campaigns re-engage the list.
Two kinds of WhatsApp
The app supports WhatsApp (your ordinary number, connected by scanning a QR code) and WhatsApp Business Cloud API (an official Meta connection with approved message templates). Most teams start with the first. See Connect WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business for the differences.
Different name, same app
The platform is offered under several brand names by different resellers. Your sign-in page, logo and colours may differ, and a few menu items depend on the plan your reseller gave you, but the screens described here are the same everywhere. Where a feature needs a particular plan or add-on, the page says so.
Where to go next

- Finding your way around — the menu, the dashboard, the header controls.
