Team, billing & reports

Analytics & reports

The Analytics Dashboard answers four questions: how much messaging is the AI handling, where are leads and appointments coming from, how are blasts performing, and how many conversations get closed.

Date range and tabs

Open Analytics Dashboard. Presets 7D, 30D (default) and 90D, or two date pickers. The range cannot exceed 90 days; moving the start date clamps the end. A Last updated line with a refresh icon sits under the title. Each card shows a value, a subtitle, and a trend arrow comparing the second half of the range with the first.

Messaging & AI

Cards: Messages Received, Messages Sent, AI Reply Rate (AI replies as a share of all replies), AI Replies, Human Replies, AI Takeovers (times a person paused the AI or typed ####), and Blocked Messages (from contacts on Do Not Disturb). Two charts: messaging volume and AI performance over time.

Leads & Appointments

Two time scales on one page

The annual chart at the top has its own year selector and updates live; it ignores the date filter. The cards and charts under Selected Period follow the filter.

Cards: New Leads, Appointments Created, Appointments Cancelled, Rescheduled, and Lead-to-Appt Rate. Below, a leads and appointments chart and a Flow Performance table showing which AI flows produce leads and bookings.

Blast Campaigns

Cards: Campaigns Created, Blast Sent, Success Rate and Failed, plus a delivery chart. These count Scheduled Broadcast campaigns.

Conversations

Cards: Conversations Opened, Conversations Closed, Close Rate, Blocked Messages, and a chart. Closing a chat from its menu is what feeds Close Rate.

Other reports

  • Leads Dashboard: the team leaderboard by caller or lead owner. See Leads.
  • Cases Report: cases by company and period.
  • Reservation Dashboard and its PDF or CSV export, on Resource booking.
  • Broadcast pages keep their own history and an Export Blast Report PDF.
