Getting started

Seven short steps from a new account to a WhatsApp number answered by AI and worked by your team. Most people finish in under an hour.

1. Create your account

  1. Open your sign-in page (for the main brand, https://djcsystem.com) and click Don't have an account? Sign Up. If a colleague or reseller sent you a link ending in a referral code, use that link so they get credit.
  2. Enter your Full Name / Company Name, and your country if asked.
  3. Enter your Email Address and click Verify. A 6-digit code arrives by email; type it into Verification Code and click Verify again. The button turns green and reads Verified. You can ask for a new code after a 60-second countdown.
  4. Enter your Mobile Phone with the country code, choose a Password, tick the privacy consent if shown, and click Create Account.
  5. Keep the page open until it finishes. The screen says Creating your account... Please keep this page open.

Your account belongs to the site you signed up on

The platform runs under several brand names. Your login only works on the site where you created it. Signing in on a different brand's address gives Invalid email or password even when both are correct.

2. Sign in

Enter your email and password and click Sign In. Some brands also offer Continue with Google. Forgot your password? Click Forgot your password?, enter your email, and follow the reset link that arrives. After signing in you land on the dashboard; if you opened a deep link first, the app takes you back to it.

3. Set up your profile

Click your name in the top bar (or the avatar, then Profile) to open your account page. Worth setting now:

  • Time Zone. Defaults to Asia/Kuala_Lumpur. Scheduled messages, off-hours and reports use it.
  • Business Profile. On the main brands, add your company, tax and ID details and click Verify now.
  • Switch to New Workspace or Switch to Classic if you prefer the other navigation layout. See Finding your way around.
  • The bell icon → Push notification settings to get alerts for incoming messages. Chrome only; allow the browser prompt.

4. Connect WhatsApp

You need the WhatsApp Cloud subscription for this step; if you are on a free account the Connect button tells you so. Then open the inbox account menu (or the Whatsapp Broadcast page), click Connect WhatsApp, and scan the QR code from the phone that owns your business number. Full steps and troubleshooting are on Connect WhatsApp.

Have a friend message the number. The chat appears on the WhatsApp tab of Chat Inbox within seconds, and a lead is created for them automatically.

5. Bring in your leads

  • Have a spreadsheet? Menu → Upload Leads → Upload Excel. Map the columns, confirm the first-row preview, done.
  • Running Facebook ads? Facebook Leads Subscription → Connect Facebook Page → Create Subscription with your team as recipients and Rotation on.
  • Want a form to share? Forms → create one, copy its link, put it in your bio or ad.

Everything ends up in Leads Table with a Source column telling you where it came from. See Importing & distributing leads.

6. Switch on an AI flow

Open AI Flows Design, create a flow, describe your business in its design text, add the keywords that should trigger it, set working hours and a default language, assign it to your WhatsApp number and activate it. From then on new customers get an instant, on-topic first reply, their lead quality score updates as they talk, and you can pause the AI for any customer from the inbox. See WhatsApp AI flows.

Test with a second phone

Messages you send to your own number are treated as yours and never trigger the AI. Use a colleague's phone to try the flow.

7. Add your team

Two ways, and you can use both:

  • Share your inbox. In Chat Inbox → Accounts → Authorized Users, add a colleague and choose which channels they see. They must already have their own account on the same site.
  • Share your leads. Leads Table → More → Share Leads Source, and tick the permissions.

Larger teams use sub-accounts under a master account, or companies with members and admins. See Team & permissions.
