AutoCount

AutoCount Dashboard links an AutoCount accounting book so the AI and workflows can quote real products and create quotations. Add credentials (display name, email, password, Key ID, API Key, Book ID), connect, then Sync products. The Products page lists what was synced and lets you add descriptions the AI can use. You can keep several books and pick one at the top.

SQL Accounting

SQL Dashboard does the same for SQL Accounting with a display name, access key and secret key. Its Products page also has a Google Sheets Manager to link sheets of items. Both integrations are available as workflow nodes that fetch products or create quotations, sales orders and invoices with PDFs.

Google Sheets and Calendar

Google Dashboard connects a Google account for two uses: appointments synced to Google Calendar (see Calendar) and workflow nodes that add or search rows in a Google Sheet.

Sites: publish a website with payments

Sites is a small website builder and host. Your plan sets how many sites and how much storage you have; if hosting is not included the page says so.

• Editor: paste HTML (the AI prompt button gives you a prompt to generate it with ChatGPT or Claude), add pages, upload images in the left rail. Save keeps a draft; Host publishes.
• Products: add products with a price and optional checkout fields, copy the pay-button snippet into your HTML. Prices are held on the server so a buyer cannot change them. Orders lists every payment with status.
• Domains: connect a subdomain or root domain by adding the CNAME and TXT records shown. A bare root domain only works when your DNS is on Cloudflare; otherwise use www with a redirect. Set the live domain as primary.
• SEO: site name, description, social image, per-page titles, and a sitemap URL to submit to Google. Metadata goes live on the next Host.
• Versions: every Host is kept; restore an earlier one in one click.

AI image generation

Image Generation: type a prompt and press Enter. Each image costs one credit; the wallet icon shows your balance. Images appear in the grid when ready and can be deleted or restored. View all shows images by everyone in your account.

QR generator

QR Generator → Add QR Code, enter a link (the app adds https:// if you forget), see the live preview, and save. Each saved code can be downloaded, copied as an image, or its link copied. Handy for booking pages, forms and wa.me links.
