Folders
A folder is a personal grouping of leads, for example Sept launch or Referrals from Ken. A lead can sit in several folders. Folders belong to the user who made them; a teammate looking at your shared leads sees your folders, and their own folders are separate.
- Create a folder from the folder selector in the Add Lead dialog or on the upload page.
- Add leads to a folder by ticking them in the leads list and choosing Folder in the selection bar.
- Filter by folder from the Filters drawer. Folder, Labels and Search cannot be active at the same time.
- Rename or delete on the Folders Management page. Deleting asks for confirmation and removes the folder, not the leads in it.
Labels and tags
Labels are coloured markers you apply to a lead from its quick view (Labels & Tags tab → Manage Labels) or full page. Use them for stages of your own process, such as Viewed, Loan pending, VIP. You can filter by up to five labels at once, matching any of them. Tags are plain-text markers, mostly applied in bulk during an upload. Chats in the inbox have their own labels, which are separate from lead labels.
Clients
Clients is a lightweight directory for the people you actually do business with, separate from the much larger leads list. Each client has a profile picture and four editable fields: Name, Full Name, Email and Phone. Click a field to edit it in place. Deleting a client asks Are you sure you want to delete name?
Cases
Cases tracks deals or projects under a company. Choose a company from the dropdown at the top (or create one), then add cases with a prospect name, a Start Date and End Date, and purchases. The page has a search box (Search by prospect name), a View Cases toggle, a Details panel, a comment box and an Activity feed with timestamps. A separate Cases Report page summarises them.
Rules the page enforces
Only company administrators can delete a company, and a company that still has cases cannot be deleted. An end date cannot be earlier than the start date. Deleting a purchase asks you to confirm.
