Facebook has two separate connections
Comments and Messenger use one Facebook connection; lead ads use another. Connecting a page for one does not connect it for the other. If leads or messages are missing, check that the page is connected and subscribed on both pages below.
Facebook: comments and Messenger
Menu → Connect Facebook → Facebook Comments & Messenger. Click Connect Facebook (needs a paid plan), log in and grant access to your pages. Each page card shows Subscribed or Not subscribed; click Subscribe so Facebook sends comments and messages to the app.
Open a page to create engagements, rules that reply automatically:
- A name, a description, keywords that trigger it, and a target: All Posts or one post.
- Actions: send a comment reply in the thread, send a message by Messenger, or both. Add buttons with a label, a payload or a link.
- Let AI write the reply from a system and user prompt, or hand the conversation to one of your AI flows.
- An enable switch per engagement.
Messenger conversations appear on the Messenger tab of Chat Inbox, and a lead with source Facebook Messenger is created for each new person.
Facebook: lead ads
Menu → Facebook Leads Subscription. Connect the page again here, subscribe it, then Create Subscription with the page, an optional form, and recipients, with Rotation to round-robin. Leads arrive in the leads list with source Facebook Lead Ads. Full steps in Importing & distributing leads. Facebook Forms lists the lead forms themselves.
Menu → Connect Instagram to link a professional account, then Instagram Auto Engage to build the same comment and DM rules as for Facebook. Direct messages appear on the Instagram tab of the inbox. Instagram messages are limited to 1,000 characters and one attachment per message.
Telegram
Telegram plays two roles:
- Connect Telegram links your own Telegram so the app can notify you: new leads, assignments, appointment notes. Click Connect to Telegram, message the bot with Register Me to get your chat id, paste it in, press Send Verification Code, enter the code and Submit.
- Telegram Bots lets you run a bot that customers talk to. Its conversations appear on the Telegram tab of the inbox and AI flows can answer on it. The runbook for creating the bot token is provided by your administrator.
Zalo
Menu → Zalo OA Dashboard → Connect Zalo Account. Choose the configured Zalo app, approve access on Zalo's site, and you return to a card showing Connected. Watch the token chip: Token expiring means refresh it before messaging stops. If you see No Zalo Apps configured. Please contact your administrator, the platform operator must create the app first. Conversations appear on the Zalo tab, and Zalo has its own batch broadcast jobs.
LINE
Menu → Line Dashboard to add LINE official accounts up to your plan's limit, each with its own webhook. Conversations appear on the LINE tab. Quick replies are not yet available on LINE.
