The Subscription page
Menu → Subscription. The page reads Subscription Management with Active and Past tabs. Active subscriptions show Manage Billing (opens the Stripe portal to change card, download invoices and see history), Resume if cancelling, and buttons to cancel or change plan. If a payment failed a banner says so with an Update Payment button.
If your admin has hidden this page, links to it disappear and the Upgrade page reads Please contact your admin for subscription enquiries.
Plans
Default plans on the main brand. Your reseller's page may differ.

In the app, a paid plan is what makes the WhatsApp connection and the premium dashboard tiles available.
Monthly or yearly
How yearly works
Yearly charges twelve months' price for a fourteen-month cycle, shown as 2 months free. The card shows the total for the cycle, not a per-month figure.
Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling
- Upgrade: you pay a prorated amount for the rest of the current period and the new features are available immediately. Confirm with the slide control; sliding charges at once.
- Downgrade: applies immediately, the lower rate starts from the next billing cycle.
- Cancel: the dialog lists what you lose, asks a reason, and uses a slide to confirm. Access continues until the period ends; Resume reverses it. A cancelling subscription must be resumed before its plan can be changed.
Referral codes and free trials
On checkout, Referral Code? opens a box to apply a code from a reseller or affiliate. Free-trial links (14, 3 or 30 days depending on the link) start a trial without a charge until it ends; a trial can be claimed once per account. Promotion campaigns run by the operator can extend trial days to their members.
Credits and add-ons
AI image generation costs one credit per image; new accounts start with 10 and Premium adds 20 a month. Some layouts show a credits chip in the header. Add-ons such as the master account (sub-accounts), lead distribution, group AI, agentic AI and custom branding are enabled by your reseller or the operator; contact them to add one.
For resellers and affiliates
Under Business & Sales: Subscribers Overview lists your downline's subscriptions with status, MRR and renewal; Transactions Overview lists payments; Commissions Overview shows commission per payment by upline level; Payments Page and Affiliate Page cover your own earnings and referral link. Resellers also have Agency Commission and a reseller page with per-customer feature switches and seat purchases.
